FAQs

  • Orders cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is complete.
  • There is a 4-5 business day processing time which excludes holidays, weekends, and shipping time. Signature confirmation is required for all packages; NO EXCEPTIONS. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • During big sales events there is a 7-10 business day processing time which excludes weekends, holidays, and shipping time.
  • Preorder events have a 7-14 business day processing time which excludes weekends, holidays, and shipping time.
  • You will receive an automated email with tracking no. once your order ships.
  • All orders MUST be received and approved for fulfillment, including approval from our payment processing company to ship the order before 11:00 am CST in order to be shipped the same day.
  • We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.
  • All packages are shipped via flat rate envelopes or boxes via USPS. Vogue Hair is not liable for lost or stolen packages after they have been signed for.
  • Vogue Hair will only ship to confirmed addresses. Billing address for credit/debit card MUST match shipping address; NO EXCEPTIONS; this goes for PayPal as well. 

 

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Absolutely no returns for refund are accepted; NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Exchanges are allowed with 7 days from original purchase date for store credit or other available hair options. All hair MUST be in it’s natural state (unused/unworn, seal not broken/cut , not combed through, nor washed or dyed). You are allowed to exchange hair and will be responsible for all shipping fees unless the fault of Vogue Hair. Please contact us prior to sending back your package.
  • You are responsible for all return/exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number. Vogue Hair is not responsible for lost returns.
